Refund & Return Policy

At Pasture Expectations Greenhouse & Gift, we take pride in the quality of our products. Please review the following policy carefully before placing your order.


1. General Policy

Due to the nature of many of our products, not all items are eligible for return or refund. All sales are considered final unless otherwise stated below.


2. Final Sale Items

The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or refund:

  • Personal care products, including but not limited to:

    • Soaps

    • Lotions

    • Lip balms

    • Body mists

    • Skincare products
      (for hygiene and safety reasons)

  • Plants, live goods, and greenhouse items

  • Custom or personalized orders, including:

    • Custom scents, colours, or labels

    • Bulk or event orders

    • Special-order products

  • Sale or clearance items


3. Eligible Returns

Non-perishable retail items (such as giftware or accessories) may be eligible for exchange or store credit at our discretion, provided that:

  • The item is unused and in original condition

  • The request is made within 7 days of receiving the order

  • Proof of purchase is provided

Shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. 


4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery or pickup.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

If approved, we will offer a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.


5. Shipping Issues

Pasture Expectations Greenhouse & Gift is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or damage caused by shipping carriers. Once an order has been shipped, responsibility for delivery lies with the carrier.

Orders will be shipping withing 5 business days of purchase. If an extension is necessary, Pasture Expectations will discuss this with the buyer directly. 


6. Local Pickup Orders

Orders placed for local pickup must be collected within 15 business days. Refunds will not be issued for uncollected orders. If an extension is required, this must be communicated by the buy in the order notes. 


7. Refund Method

Approved refunds will be issued by e-transfer only to the original buyer. Please allow several business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.
